CT/PT Onsite Test System SXFA-AV

SXFA-AV CT/PT Onsite Test System consists of:

♦ Integrated with calibrator, load box, regulator, easy to connection.

♦ Secondary current to be switched by rotary.

♦ External regulator and current injection could be connected to increase or adjust capacity easily.

♦ Protective circuit, reliable and safe.

♦ Under CT/PT measuring, the impedance of secondary circuit or the active component and idle component of admittance could be measured at any time.

♦ Polarity could be indicated automatically, and auto break differential current/voltage circuit to insure the safety and alarming by sound light.

♦ To be used as rectangular coordinate system AC potentiometer, to measure the AC low current or low voltage.

♦ To be used with isolating PT and control unit to measure the secondary drop voltage of PT.

♦ The reference CT/PT or two stage CT/PT or Inductive Divider all could be used as standard reference during measuring.

♦ Accurate degree: 0.02 degree. That’s under rated load, when voltage within the range between 80%Un to 120% Un，the ratio error is not more than 0.05%，angular error is not more than 2'. When voltage is 50% Un，ratio error is not more than 0.075%，angular error is not more than 3'. When voltage is 20% Un，ratio error is not more than 0.1%，angular error is not more than 6'.（Real error is not more than 60-70% of error limitation）

6. Self Boosting PT

♦ Can calibrate PT which is 35kV, 0.02 degree or below. Connected with induced divider, can calibrate 110kV/√3 /100/√3 V PT, calibrate rated voltage from 20% to 66%.

♦ Accuracy degree： 0.02, 0.1 degree, that’s under rated load, when voltage is within 80%Un to 120% Un， ratio error is not more than±0.02%，angular error is not more than ±0.6'. When voltage is 50% Un，ratio error is not more than±0.03%，angular error is not more than ±0.9'. When voltage is 20% Un，ratio error is not more than ±0.04%，angular error is not more than ±1.2'.（real error is not more than 70% limitation）

7. Dual Regulating Controller

Suitable for regulating controlling on 0.5-100kVA testing transformers. Working principle: Output voltage via regulating autotransformer, to realize the testing transformer’s working regulating, within which rated voltage range. HV and LV output voltage meters are installed in the controller, it’s easy to read voltage value. Over-current protection circuit, timing alarm circuit make testing more convenient and reliable.

The max. output capacity should be well matched with booster (current injector), so that the output of regulator can be ensured 10% more than measuring range.
