Test Object and Requirement:The system is specially designed for AC withstand voltage test for below items, withbelow specifications and requirements.1) AC withstand voltage test for HV bushings, test voltage is not more than 230kV.
Capacity Determination of the equipment:
4pcs Reactors will be designed, each reactor is 60kVA/60kV/1A. Capacity amount is 240kVA.
Determination:
Configurations of HV reactor, divider, variable frequency power generator and exciting transformer:
♦ HV reactors: 60kV/1A/60min/4pieces in series applied on HV bushings voltage AC withstand testing.
♦ Divider: 240kV/1000pF (designed as two pieces), each piece rated at 120kV/2000PF. To be used on high voltage measuring and system no-load resonant.
♦ Variable Frequency Power Generator: 10KW, input 220V, output 250V. Full set power supply used to provide resistive loss of whole test circuit.
♦ Exciting transformer: 10KVA, input 250V, output 2.5KV, 5KV, 10KV, used to increase the output voltage of variable frequency generator to applicable exciting voltage, and applied for reactor resonant.
